Quantum Engineering Associates, Inc. (QEA) is a full service structural engineering & cost segregation firm which specializes in the structural design & analysis of single family residential, low rise multi-family residential, commercial and multi-use facilities. With a diverse client base of architects, developers, builders and general contractors, QEA is able to delve into a full spectrum of projects. From custom high end waterfront homes, large multi-use buildings and luxury townhomes to production level homes, townhomes, commercial buildings, hardscapes and small additions/renovations. QEA has built a reputation for masterful shell designs with efficient layouts for roof, wall & floor systems in cooperation with major structural system manufacturers.
QEA's Cost Segregation Services department utilizes an engineering and architectural approach designed to identify and maximize federal depreciation deductions for tax purposes. The company has gained significant expertise in performing cost segregation studies and their dedication to a national cost segregation practice combined with a commitment to compliance and industry research enables QEA to continue leading the field in IRS accepted studies. Their unique blend of engineers allows the company to better identify and classify building elements in order to maxmize the tax benefits of a Cost Segregation Study. This team approach gives QEA the ability to best provide the detailed reports as mandated by the IRS.
Shawn Stambaugh, PE - President
Shawn Stambaugh, President/CEO is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee with over 20 years of engineering & construction experience in South Florida. He is a South Florida native having been born and raised in Palm Beach County. Established in 2004, Shawn was instrumental in building QEA from the ground-up and into a well respected and reputable engineering firm in the South Florida area. Shawn holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering with a concentration in structures from the University of South Florida Tampa.

Ravindra Srinivas, PE - Senior Project Engineer & Director of Cost Segregation Studies
Ravindra Srinivas (Ravi) is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida with nearly 20 years of engineering design experience in South Florida & over 15 years of experience providing CSS inspections and reports for clients nationwide. Ravi holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from M S Ramaiah college of engineering in Bangalore, India and a master of science degree in structural engineering from the University of Alabama Huntsville.
